I’m currently between two bikes, as I’m buying used & there’s not many options where I’m from! I am not an expert on what to look for so if you don’t recommend one of these, I’d appreciate your reasoning why!

I’d choose the cannondale cause it’s more race-oriented but it’s also seem a little pricey
If you could get the Cannondale for $600 and throw a pair of aero bars on it.
