You could just buy one and hack it to fit. I have done it before and it worked quite well with the combination of some screws and pipe-fasteners
Yes some modifications might be in order..
Or take a look at ortlieb quick rack. I think the upper contact point is a single rod you can attach to the seat post. Yes a little pricey BUTTTTT.. cool rig for a kid by the way. Next what about panniers????
