Listed as Fuji Fc 770 for $200 almost new. Im looking for something affordable to get into the sport and a commute every now and then. Not worried about comfort, mostly maintenance cost and upgradability.
Is it a good deal? If so, what should I look for checking out in person?

It’s old and low tech but a solid ass bike.
