First ride with the new chain. Hit a rock with my chainring. Noticed when I was pedaling a click as the chain passed through. Got home and one of the chain links has a dent in it and is very stiff. Doesn’t move freely unless there’s a ton of force. Is this chain wrecked? Any fixes? I took some pictures but very tough to see

Replace with quicklink. Or new chain.
A quicklink will fix it.
Might be able to use a chain tool to push in the pin to free that bent outer plate, bend it back into shape, then reseat the pin.
Looks in that second photo like there’s damage to both the outer and inner link. If so, you’ll need to *at least* “clean up” the inner link if you want the quicklink solution to work well.
