It looks like the clamp that goes on the outside ends of the bar that holds the brake pads inside the disc housing. Sorta like a clamp that keeps the bar from sliding out. Do you have Disk brakes?
Any chance this is a piece of the packaging it shipped with that is used to protect the axle? How old is the bike?

Did you use an high pressure pressure cleaner ? Is it possible that the clamp is from the cleaner ?
Looks like the retaining bolt for your derailleur holder. Same mechanism as with the brakes in the post above
Do you have Look SPD pedals? Looks like what is under the adjustment screw for those.
