I just did an air can service on my monarch rl debonair and this is the second day of riding where there seems to be a substantial amount of oil coming out while riding. Trails are bone dry so this isn’t mud forming from water on the trails.
Is this normal or is my shock leaking?

Probably.
It is normal right after service. If it doesn’t stop after a couple of rides you might want to start to get worried.
It could definitely be oil but it’s probably just whatever lube you used on your air can seals getting deposited on the damper body/stanchion. After a service I get some grease left behind on the stanchions for a few rides.
Is the damper working? It usually doesn’t if it’s leaking oil.
