u are standing up way to early and it looks like u arnt preloading at all. u didnt watch that stupid stand up to the jump video did you? its honestly a bad take if so.
u shouldnt be standing up. you should be pushing down into the transfer at the apex of the ramp and the bikes rebound will push you back up causing you to “stand up”
standing up by itself gets you no height on the jump, and can cause you to eat shit on bigger jumps.

Maybe put down the camera and scroll through the hundreds of posts asking the exact same question with equally poor video samples?

Looks like you watched stand up to the jump and nothing else 😁
You are standing straight up and in that clip you are doing it too soon. We can’t tell if you did anything to preload because of your poor camera angle.
So what to change. Firstly timing. You were at full extension before your front wheel was airborne. You need to be topping out your leg extension as the rear leaves the lip. Look up and practice bump jumping to get this timing dialled.
Secondly you are standing up perpendicular to the ground. This puts your weight too far forward and risks the sort of rotation you don’t want. You might manage to fix this just by dropping your heels, that should have the effect of moving your hips back. It also means you will be pressing into the face of the lip properly, rather than straight down.
