I just wanted to share a little hack and unique thing I found. I did it to make money but realized I was losing weight.
Basically, doing Uber eats… On a bicycle.
I did it this way because I didn't have a car. But knew that I needed to get outside and change my habits, so I knew I should do this instead of my bartending job where I was standing in one spot all day drinking soda.
After a month of doing it, I felt abs for the first time in my life. I was biking more than I ever had. 3 hours or more a day. That's like … 300-1000 calories burned depending on the speed, hills, etc.
But when. You're doing Ubereats you're actually forced to go faster than a moderate ride, because you want to complete each ride.
You're also biking longer than you normally would, and you're not concentrating on the active biking. You're concentrating on getting there so you forget you're working out.
I just wanted to share. I miss a video about it, and me doing it if you want to watch and maybe try it yourself:

Thanks for sharing. I’m a cyclist and have thought about doing this a few hours a day to keep myself motivated, and it’s money to upgrade my bike.
Sounds like a great job. Fitness and income. Might need to do that for my pre retirement job!
