  1. I’d ask Zipp (through your dealer) if this is covered under the lifetime warranty – they sorted out a pothole-damaged 404 for me very quickly and without fuss. Give it a shot!

  2. If it just went through the inside I would tape it up and run it with no worries.

    If it went through the whole rim I’d put a little epoxy around the holes, tape it and run it with minor worries(back wheel only).

  3. I wouldn’t ride it, personally. Wheels undergo a lot of stress. 

    It’s worth filing a claim with Zipp. They probably won’t send you a new one free, but may do a discount. 

  4. The damage seems to be on a very small area, and if it was my wheel I would keep riding it.

    Maybe someone who is familiar with carbon fiber could say if it would be better to fill that hole with something like epoxy.
