Bought this used and have gone on a couple blues (no crashes)
Went to clean under the downtube protector and noticed these stresses on the downtube. This is on the non latching side of the water bottle cage hatch. I say that because that side seems to have more carbon inlayed under the hatch. Because of that, I can’t tell if the slight give that’s happening when I push around that area is due to less material, or due to this being an actual crack. Posting in case anyone has a stumpy and can push on the under side of the non latching side of their downtube near the swat hole 😢

That looks like an (minor) impact. Luckily it seems cosmetic, but I would get it checked out by your LBS. I have been disappointed with Specialized carbon frames. However I am actually a fan of their Roval Carbon Wheels.
It’s cracked. Either try to get your money back or go to a carbon repair specialist.
