Check the top and down tubes (below the initial letter Os basically) for cracks in the paint that would indicate it’s had a crash
Depending on where you live, it’s the price of 2-to-5 sandwiches. Can’t go wrong with it.
I’m not certain, but Olmo is an Italian brand and may have used Italian thread standards for BB, headset. Just something to keep in mind.
Your tire size will probably be limited to 23mm and maybe 25mm. Those older frames had tight tire clearances.
