Bought a used kids bike some weeks ago, fully disassembled it and rebuilt it. I reused most of the parts, I just had to change the handlebars, wheelset, the awful shifter and the derailleur. Added some fenders too.
The frame is a bit long for my 4,5 year old daughter, so i installed an old Velo Orange bar with some backsweep. She can now reach the handlebar easily and sit almost upright.
She loves it, but sehe said it still needs some Mord colors. We will add some stickers to make it even more shiny.

A 4 year old with a dynamo hub… she’s going to see some kid on their expensive Woom bike and pity them.
