It’s my first carbon fibre frame and while out on a ride the chain binned with the derailleur and smacked the arm of the frame leaving this nasty mark.
Should I be concerned?

This is not a good place to get that questions answered. You’ll get almost an even number of “absolutely fucked” and “absolutely fine”. Carbon fiber repair places are easily found and they will be happy to look at a picture and let you know.
you could ask a carbon fiber redit page, may have some professionals there.
