  1. Does the Raleigh have horizontal dropouts? If so, then very easy and you’ll need to make sure you have a quill stem.

Vertical dropouts? If so, it’s possible (id know I run them!) but for most people the effort isn’t worth the time.

  2. You may need long reach brakes to make it work unless the Raleigh is already 700C or a frame that went both ways.

Its pretty easy since you have horizontal dropouts, you can swap the wheels out and take out one of the chainrings on the front and the derailuer (both the front and back), shorten your chain or change it, you could swap the cranks if they are both square tapered, if your bar is the same size you can put it in the stem on the raleigh but you cant swap the stems since the retrospec is threadless you can swap the seats if you take them off the seatposts. I did a similar conversion to my fuji palisade, but I made a sort of frankenstein build from parts lol,, the raleigh is a nice frame to do the conversion on

  4. Full swap? No, not easy, you’re going to run into compatibility issues. If you only want to slap your rear wheel on there and make it fixed gear that would be easier.
