This cyclist spotted a bike he wanted to steal, so tried removing it from the driver’s bike rack when he stopped in traffic. The driver didn’t realize, so the cyclist tried to act normal whilst following him to the next stop. He literally had no idea that the rear dash cam was filming the whole time. At the next stop, he kneled down and loosened each screw as fast as he could before the car could move again. Just as he thought he had it, the driver took off again, leading the cyclist to do this.
