Hello everyone! Recently started somewhat landing hop barspins, and I wanted to get your advice on catching the bars midair.
Am I throwing too late? Not fast enough? Not hopping high enough? Let me know what could be improved.
Thank you for taking the time to watch!

As soon as the front tire is off make the ok sign 👌 like this around your bars with the throw hand all loosey goosey like, start sliding the catch hand down and as soon as the catch hand is off put it under and across and with the loosey goosey 👌 start the throw and follow the bar arround more than 90 degrees of rotation by the time your fingers are slipping around the grip your other hand should be inches from the catch on the under side after that just start pulling the catch hand further away and slipping the grip earlier and earlier. This way you have some security that your hands are only off the bars for the most miniscule amount of time so you can worry about muscle memory and getting your hand in the same place every time. Also you stop the rotation on the catch make more of a snatch than a catch
Full disclosure, I cannot barspin (work in progress), but it looks like you’re tossing em just a tad late and are dropping your front end as a result. Also might be letting your toss hand off to the side a bit too much after you let go. Otherwise this looks really good. Can’t help but be a bit jealous to be honest haha.
Keep over the back a bit more with the front end up a bit more. Still give the hop off the back wheel the same.
i think you need a more repetition, how long have you been hopbarring for? do a bunch a week to a few every day and youll get better and better. looking pretty good this far.
Hop higher/tuck for more air time or throw them faster. Those are your two options
