The new odyssey vans collection is actually a really nice with an actual new BMX shoe model (1 of 3 in the last 10+ years🤬 still no signature KP, Enarson, or Courage shoes) and of course a slip on, anyone else get a pair
I miss Airwalk.
I’ve bought a couple pair of new Vans in the last couple years and they start deteriorating as soon as I open the box. The glues they’re using must be really low quality. The soles come apart like they were put together with elmer’s glue.

Most BMX shoes are just skate shoes with extra marketing. I’ve started wearing the lowest profile flat sole MTB shoes I can find (five ten sleuth) and the support and pedal grip is way better

I used vans for many years. But my economic situation has changed hahahaha, in my country native companies usually copy models from brands like Vans and others, and I have found a model that is coming out much better than Vans. It is also cooked

Not available in Canada currently, hope that’s temporary as I planned to buy both styles.

They had a non slip on Odyssey collab too didn’t they? I prefer a slip on so I’ll grab em most likely. Also, didn’t Courage have a signature like 4-5 years ago?

I bought the puffy vans because it’s all they had at foot locker in 13 that day and they were on special. Whoever though putting 10mph bumpers on the inside of a shoe where it’ll inevitably grind against the spindle is a certified dumbass.
I didn’t think they were on sale yet. How much were the slip ons?

After riding vans for my whole riding life span I can say that they are complete trash id rather ride in adidas or the “cheap” platform fivetens wayyyyy better pedal grip imo plus they dont get destroyed within 2 months of riding them.

Yeah… Vans asks a lot of money for such a cheap quality shoe. I’ve invested a lot of money into shoes due to biking

The Vans Skate like is definitely a “step up” in quality and comfort. All other Vans just feel like you duct taped cardboard to your feet.

Whered you get them from? I was eyeing up those brown ones but says coming soon on the vans site
