Can someone help me make sense of this? Seller claims this is for a smaller person but I’m pretty sure this is a size Large bike, even has an aftermarket riser on the stem. Says 20” right on the frame and I believe this came in 4 sizes, 20 being the Large. Any input?

It look small to me. The seller should know what they’ve got.
Smaller is pretty relative – if you’re like 6’4″ then under 5’9″ would qualify as “smaller”.
And they think it’s a “Shrek”, so maybe don’t put a lot of stock in how well they know the bike.
