I bought this bib short from a friend for a very cheap price, the quality seems fair for the price but i don't like the designs on the sides and it looks like a blurred image when i wear it. Is there a way i could remove them without damaging the bib or the paddings? (I do not know the material of the bib nor how the design was printed?

No, you’re not going to remove it. You could try dyeing the whole piece to cover it up, but it’s not likely to be 100% successful.
