The “wrinkly parts” are the threads and you’ve stripped them out beyond repair. The only fix now that I’ll recommend to someone calling threads “wrinkly parts” is a replacement of both the crank arm (part on the left) and the pedal. Take it to a bike shop.

Get a tap and die set and lube the thread with 3-in-One, a set is a bit pricey but it will save you money in the long run

New crank the effort to fix it is not worth it for that crank torbay cost you about £10

Possibly, using a [helicoil](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hShkR0r4FiA). Remember to get one for the correct crank arm though, so the thread is running the right (or left) direction.
