The set screw on top adjusts the lateral placement of the pads, if that’s what you’re asking. If you need to adjust more than that screw allows, you’ll have to loosen the mounting nut and turn the caliper before resetting that nut.

use a 5mm hex wrench to loosen the caliper bolt behind the seat stay bridge. while squeezing the brakes tighten it back up a bit. then adjust it left or right as needed and tighten it all the way. can handle 70 “/lbs

make sure that the wheel is centered in the frame first.
