Got this dirt cheap. Still need to change out the stem for a longer one and tighten the lock ring on the bb. I might change it to drop bars, but the bull horns are kind of fun

What size is it? 49 or 51?
Oh hell yeah dawg. Horns are sick. I have yet to long for drops when I’m rocking horns. Person preference of course but for me it’s horns over drops any day (if there are no hoods)
