Help needed!!! Is this 2009 cervelo p1 worth for $350? Got it negotiated to 350, looks like a solid tri bike

Extra info: college student on kind of a budget, I’ve borrowed a road bike when I’ve gone on rides (probably approaching 6-700 total miles), but I only train for triathlons. Have been looking for a good deal on a road or tri bike for a while now and this one caught my eye. Listed for 550, I offered 300, he countered at 350
