***I got the county wrong in the title, this is Washington County, Oregon. d'oh!***
Snuck a short ride in before some afternoon plans with a couple friends. Excellent early fall weather, chilly start during the climb, then it warmed up nicely for the second half which is all descent. Here's the route if anyone is interested: Timber Gravel · Ride with GPS. Regardless of what RWGPS says, the route is entirely gravel, and there's some chunky stuff, so I'd recommend 45c+ for the best experience. Also, all the photos were taken in the first half of the ride, which is mostly deep forest. Most of the second half is clearcut. If that sort of thing bothers you, this might not be the best route to ride.

I’m amazed by the level surface and absence of puddles of water and mud!
Beautiful!
