I'm looking for a bike to bikepack with. I dont know much about bikes, but I rode a Giant around Taiwan last year. Looking for a bike to do Ragbrai and cycle across Missouri and probably Europe eventually.
> Giant Revolt 3 a good choice for touring/bikepacking?
No.
The new ones are a lightweight race frame with only marginal accommodations for gear. The prior generation ones, which this appears to be, don’t even have the fork mounts or the top tube bag mount.
D-shaped (proprietary) seat post is less accommodating to seat post racks.
