When I run my hand along the hole it's not too sharp but definitely not too smooth either. Got the second puncture at the same spot (2nd pic) while the bike's just sitting.

You could try re-taping the rim and make a new bike for the valve. People would usually use a small screwdriver and leave the flaps when pushing the valve through.
