I’m trying to fix my bike, but when I shift to the rear gear 7th or lower, the chain start to jump on jockey wheel. The cage isn’t bend. Does anyone know what cause this issue?

Is there a link in the chain that isn’t rotating freely? More likely to skip on the gear with fewest teeth.
