Sorry for the miss post, for some reason it won’t allow me to post both the images and text together? Anyways here’s the body text:
Got my refurbished Lux Trail CF 7 about a week ago and have been loving it so far. Only after looking over the bike several times did I realize that it might be missing a screw used to mount the internal cable guide. From what I can tell, it seems to leave a hole straight from the bottom of the down tube into the frame… I couldn’t find any other information online about this so I was wondering if it is a large concern to have this missing or if I will be fine for a while? I believe I found the replacement part, but it would be quite a shame to spend so much on shipping from canyon for a single screw when perhaps a standard M4 x 12 would work? (The product description says the screw used is a “M4x12 DIN7991”.)

Yes a standard screw should work.
