I love it already. I’m a short person (5ft) and it fits me. I can do the fold after a few attempts and I’m sure I will get better with practice.
What do I need to upgrade it! It came with a bag for the front so I’ve got that. I’m thinking mud guards and folding pedals?

Definitely mudguards, and perhaps easy wheels to make it a little easier to roll. I love my [EZ Clamps](https://ezclamp.co.uk/), but they’re not strictly necessary. Beyond that, I’d say ride the bike. Your comfort, or discomfort, will tell you what your priority upgrades are.
