OG bicycle computer. It would show you a rough speed, distance, and time. I doubt the model that went on that harness is made anymore. Take it off and toss it.

Old school magnetic cycle computer. And take the word computer with a big grain of salt. This was a computer when lcd watches were the top of their game.
