You might have to play around with the micro adjust in the AXS app. Transmission will pedal/shift when sag is in the picture, but for the noise it won’t sound dead quiet with metal on metal.
Micro adjust and some chain wax and u’re fine.
Sounds like rotor
You might need to buy a new bike (if wife is asking)
