Hi everyone,
I’m having problems with the shifting on my new GRX 820 (Rose Backroad GRX). In the easiest gear the chain keeps jumping and it feels really rough – you can see it clearly in the video I attached. In the middle gears I also get some shifting errors here and there, but in the hardest gears everything runs smoothly.
Since I’m a beginner, I can’t really tell what needs to be adjusted (limit screws, B-screw, cable tension, derailleur hanger?). Could anyone help me figure out what’s wrong, or point me in the right direction?
Thanks a lot!

I can’t, but Calvin Jones can:

check high limit, then check low limit, these are unrelated to your problem but very important to not die. then adjust cable tension – this will fix your problem if you adjust the right way (tighter or looser). b tension is usually set ok but you can check – it’s not related to your problem and it won’t kill you.
There’s plenty of YouTube videos on the topic of you want to do it yourself or you can take to a bike shop where you bought it, it will be a quick fix for them
Increase/Decrease the cable tension a bit counter-clockwise, in 1/4-turn increments until its fixed.
But check first if the derailer is bent or not correctly aligned.
