Trying to ID this frame. Has serial code K110323161 and a four star stamp on the dropouts(second photo). Chat gpt says it could be a Japanese frame but I take that with a grain of salt.

It has a state crank, its probably a state. Def a Hi-Ten Chinese made frame.

it looks a lot like a State 4130 v2, the redesign but dropouts are wrong for that frame, maybe this is an older version? the stamp on the rear dropout looks like Schwinn logo? a clue is the crankset, nobody is gonna buy that state crappy crankset on purpose. another clue is that waxy paint job, so my guess is its an older State 4130
