Close up pictures of Brompton trailer hitch

Here are some close up pictures of the trailer hitch attached to the rear axle bolt on the brompton.

There is a washer with a little piece of metal that sticks out and catches the frame, to prevent the trailer hitch from rotating. The washer has grooves in it that the trailer hitch a matches up with to lock it in place.

The nut is bolted on about 95% of the way, it can’t quite get flush with the axle bolt but is close enough and tight enough for my comfort.

My neighbor threw out this trailer with his garbage, so I have no idea who makes it, but it is the same exact style pin and safety latch that is on the burley flatbed.
