As a pizza chef, I donβt recommend this to you, because the dough doesnβt have time to ferment enough , and the yeast doesnβt get the chance to pre-digest the dough. As a result, it will be hard to digest and could stay in your stomach for days. It takes 30minutes at most to knead a good pizza dough, if we donβt count restings. Please make healthier pizzas.
