There’s a chart on the internets that says frame numbers 4838- 7249 were made from Sep1991- Oct 1992. If yours is 6102 then indeed last 4 digits of that row is the year.

2014 Manufacturing year. built month March. pls delete / mask the rest of the serial number, someone could steal the ID and clone it
