If those are carbon bars, it’s generally accepted that those should be replaced after a crash like that for safety reasons. Only mentioning it because of the damage shown on the brifters

It’s not a bad idea to cover it with some 5 minute epoxy to smooth the surface and protect the carbon from further delamination. Sand it down smooth afterwards and you can certainly apply some matching nail polish over it.

That chunk of missing material is pretty close to the axle. I would be afraid that under hard braking or heavy pedal pressure or some other stressful event that the axle could tear through what’s left of the material. I think you need an expert opinion on repairability.

That rear dropout looks like serious damage, not just optical. I would have that repaired.
