  1. Make sure that you have a good allen key that is a tight fit and you’re going anti-clockwise with it.

    edit: my bike is 10Nm but it always feels too much

    Aha, I feel you, honestly you just have to go for it. You won’t break the bike. Getting a longer key or torque wrench will make it feel less.. hard.

    It might have had loctite put on it, or nothing at all and it’s a bit seized

    Edit: as mentioned below maybe not a torque wrench as it might mess up the calibration. A breaker bar or just a longer lever then

  3. Find longest possible wrench to have bigger force, and of course check if you untighten it counter clockwise. If you damaged tru axle find screw extractor in DIY store

    It worked. I attached another tool at my end of the allen key to have more leverage. Thanks everyone! Keeping this here in case anyone else sees it and needs the info.

    Totally unrelated, but it looks like your brake caliper is mounted too far out – you’re not using 25% of the braking surface. I’m thinking there is a washer or something stacked where it shouldn’t be on your caliper bolts.
