I’ve come into possession of this. It seems nice. City lite rear wheels, Fiction cranks. Black frame, beige forks/bar. Haro logo stamps but nothing else. Just looking for info thanks.

Unrelated, but what are these front axle nuts? Why do they stick out that much?
