Nope, I would expect this bike to be Di2 for that price to even consider it. $3700 for 5 yo R5 even with mechanical shifters, no way.

It seems like an awful lot for a featherweight bicycle. For a Tri aero is significantly better than less weight. 3700 is well within the price of many aero 105 new bikes with the right sale you could find Di2 105.
