Around where I live, coastal Ireland, seconds before rust starts forming.
Death Valley? Probably forever

Im no expert but the clear coat is just a nicer and harder finish right? The paint itself already protects but is not as robust.
The inside of your frame has no painf, you can treat that as well.

Climate dependent — unless you’re somewhere that’s very arid I wouldn’t give it long at all. Could be a matter of days or even hours if you’re somewhere very humid.

You’re in luck! If it’s painted it won’t oxidize. Clear coat protects the paint, not the metal. DO use boeshield or similar on the insides which are usually not protected and where moisture gets trapped. DO NOT plug the vent holes.

Have no idea but I really like your shed.
Can you do a shed picture post?

Single stage used to be the expectation, not the exception.

I have some spray paint just like this for some chairs I painted. Did you take it all the way down to metal or just rough up the old paint and make it smooth? Got me wanting to paint

Longer than my interest in the project.

If you don’t want to bother and want to protect the raw metal, rustol owatrol can be an interesting solution (remember to reapply it from time to time if you drive a lot)

I can’t see any raw metal – your frame looks nicely painted. Rust will not build on paint… or are you asking about inside rust proofing?
