Which bike is this

What I’ve found is that it was maybe made by “Smakina” , was made in Europe , has Europe bicycle co wheels and pedals , shimano brakes , kalloy atb system handlebar and is I think titanium and the seat is Kellar iscaselle but I think it may have been replaced
