is it possible to sleep in London without paying so if you’ve been with me a while you’ll know that in lockdown I bought a camper van and traveled around the UK now since moving to London obviously I haven’t had much use for it so we decided to take it for one last spin in an attempt at stealth camp in the city we picked up the Beast took a journey into Central and pass a few famous sites along the way Trafalga Square in the van tick although finding somewhere to park it proved a little more difficult eventually we found this spot outside the London Eye and it was free to park from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 the next morning however we’d arrived at 400 p.m. so technically we had to pay for 3 hours which cost me £4 it was a cold night’s sleep although it was still cheaper than a hotel and at least we found out

  1. Might not be central but around Victoria train station there's loads of residential roads that are free parking on the weekends! I did a car camp when I went to see a gig in the royal Albert hall, works like a charm!
