Seat stay damage, is the frame compromised?

Hi folks,

Have had this Kuota Kougar carbon frame for over a 5 years, just tipped it over after a ride by accident and found damage on the left seat stay.

There’s a rough patch with exposed material, and when I tap it, the sound is dull compared to the sharper sound just behind it. I’m worried this might be structural and not just cosmetic.

Would appreciate any inputs, rideable, repairable?
