Looks like an 80s touring bike. I love them for city bikes, they can carry a load, take fenders and wide tires, and don’t catch the attention of thieves

Really nice racks, what appears to be a full immaculate Shimano 600 group set and early fluted Dura Ace seat post. This would’ve cost a pretty penny in its hey day.
