Following my other post about comfort issues I have : new brake hoods, padded gloves, and bibs !! Also found out my chain was really stretched out and just changed it.
I'm planning to leave tomorrow morning at around 6-7, am going from Paris to Orleans !

Well no wonder you have comfort issues. There is something seriously wrong with your geometry. Your saddle is all the way in and your aero bars are comically high. So either your frame is way to big for you, or you’re just sitting to low, which will certainly lead to knee pain, as the angle is to tight and to high muscle fatigue, as you don’t utilize your strongest muscle groups.
“Mostly flat” but there seem to be 2 climbs and with these gears … I admire you and root for you.
I hope you’ve been for a test ride with the new chain because 100km is a long way to go if your cassette and/or chainring are too worn and don’t mesh with it
Don’t forget to take along a few ibuprofen tablets if you’re prone to backaches! 👍
