Is this your rim or your frame? I don’t get it why others are referring to the rim…
Anyway, that looks closer to a snap than a crack, so whichever part of your bike it is, unfortunately it must be replaced. I hope you exchanged details with the driver and you have some witnesses or CCTV footage.
