  1. It is too old, maybe 15 years. What I see? Shimano Tiagra groupset, maybe it is 9-speed. And a seatpost, it is lowered to the bottom. Can you check if it is stuck?

  2. What are you looking to do with it? This bike is 16 years old, and bike tech+carbon has advanced a lot. I would not pay more than $200 (even that I’d say is too much, but if it’s all you can find I get it) for this bike unless it fits you like a glove or something right out of the box. The tires look like they need replacing, too, so factor in another like $80 at least for some half-decent tires

  3. The tiagra 4500 is a 9 speed group, and unusual to find on a carbon frame from this era, typically they would be at least shimno 105.

$400 would be a reasonable price in current condition. It’s dirty, seller didn’t bother to clean drivetrain and the front tire is suspect (and back tire is usually worse).

Fully cleaned and tuned with good condition tires, chain and cables, $500 ish would be reasonable in my market.
