I was thinking about getting a new gravel bike, but I really love this one, so I decided to just make some upgrades: Carbon seatpost, WTB Gravelier saddle, Crank Brothers Stamp pedals (went back to platform for a while). Biggest change was going tubeless on a new FSA wheelset and Hutchinson Overide tires. Between lighter weight where it counts, and less rolling resistance, it feels so much faster and more comfortable too.
I love the gumwalls. The old ones were black. What do you think?

Hydro disc, it won’t be cheap, but it is worth it, especially for the front
Also, what lights , bottles , powder fuel, , i’m thinking smaller accessories can definitely help out as well, barend bell 🛎️ , head unit ?
Which Wheelset ?
