I have a specialized rock hopper from 2009. I accidently ran over it with my car. I bent the left crank. Im trying to take it off and see if I can bend it back into place with a vice. I took a bolt out of each side and now Im left with this.

You need a crank puller
It’s an aluminum crank. You probably shouldn’t try to bend it back with a vise. You will likely damage it further and lead to a crank failure, which can cause a pretty catastrophic crash. You should probably just source a cheap replacement crank instead.
(And this might be a good time to go to 1x since that’ll make it a lot easier to find a crank.)
